There are so many new watches constantly launched onto the market, it's sometimes difficult to choose what you want to wear on your wrist. One type of watch that's incredibly helpful to certain users is a Diving Watch. A diving watch is specifically made for diving professionals and swimmers and tends to have a resistance against water  and the associated pressure for up to 300m.  Diving watches not only provide timing at depth but can provide other information that keeps the diver safe.  Showing the depth of the dive and pressure can notify divers as to how much time they have left and how long oxygen will last in their tanks.

Diving Watches  were traditionally quite thick and clunky, to withstand water and pressure, luckily today they incorporate more stylish design and state of the art technology which makes them a much more desirable watch, even if the people purchasing them are not professional divers.  New materials and new manufacturing systems provides a newer watch that helps the diver of today, newer models have added extra features that provides a whole range of information including heart rate, oxygen timing and so on.

Many diving watches have different changes within them going from the simple analogue or digital display, too much wider aspect of how deep the watch can travel to how long it could survive under a certain amount of pressure. Because of this some watches come with helium fed into the watch. The helium is released at such a great depth to prevent the watch from shattering and breaking completely.

It doesn't matter if you're not a professional diver, these fantastic watches look stunning on the wrist and they make an incredible gift for that action man or lady of leisure. Diving watches are handy if your job is always around wet conditions or if, you like a dip on the odd occasion.
